The presentation: Critical Documentation to facilitate the Certification of the Buildings under Part B requirement (B12) About the presenter: Conall Finn is the Chief Technical Officer at Catalyst, leading a team of Assigned Certifiers and the Building Safety professionals. Conall has developed inspection methodologies for significant, complex and high-consequence class projects. He is a highly experienced Chartered Engineer, and MIFireE member of the IFE, with a fire engineering and mechanical engineering background. He specialises in Building Control compliance from an Assigned Certification perspective. He is currently working as a Senior Assigned Certifier on a number of Large-scale commercial and residential developments. Conall was involved in the BCAR certification of the Capital Dock project, which includes Ireland’s tallest residential building, a 23 storey Apartment Block of 79m in height above ground level.
