It’s March now and spring is near but if feels like winter with water temps in the forties! The California delta has been tough fishing for largemouth bass as we keep getting these cold weather fronts. Water temps are staying in the forties to low fifties as our night time temperatures are in the thirties. Bass know spring is around the corner and will start staging looking for spawning areas. I’m finding these bass off the bank on weed edges and ditches close by their spawning areas.
