It’s Turkey Time! Happy Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving is one of the biggest holidays in Canada and one of my favourite holidays because I love all the delicious food eaten during this time. In today’s English lesson you will learn all about Canadian Thanksgiving and learn English vocabulary connected to this delicious celebration. One of the most common questions that people ask about this Canadian holiday is, When is Canadian Thanksgiving?: Canadian Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday in October. It is different from the date of American Thanksgiving, which is the fourth Thursday in November. In this lesson you will learn what Thanksgiving is and how Thanksgiving is celebrated in Canada.
