Episode 117 We start the weekend with a plan – to remove the last of the green paint around the platform. As the weather this weekend is mild I also decide to do a few jobs outside the bus. However before we get started with that, the bulb has arrived for the offside trafficator. And with that fitted I was about to make a discovery. The fault on the indicators was not due to the interrupter unit. I’ve had issues with the interrupter units on other buses and assumed this to be the case. However the fault lay elsewhere. I also try some LED bulbs - will they work? And is it possible with the existing equipment on an RT to run Hazard lights? My plan this weekend was to remove the last of the green paint, then prime and spray the first green coat. However as always theres a snag or two along the way.
