This video demonstrates a live industrial computer vision system detecting the presence of a tractor chassis on a production line in real time. The system identifies a chassis and displays an OK status (green), while incrementing the count only when a valid chassis is detected. Any non-chassis part or obstruction is marked as NG (red), and the count does not increase for such cases. The trial was conducted under slow line conditions, including operator movement and temporary occlusions, to validate system stability and avoid false counts. This setup is suitable for applications where accurate part presence detection and reliable counting are required in real industrial environments.
