For a long time I have wanted to try my hand at upholstery so I came up with a project that seemed achievable but also pushed me. Whilst I had done a little sewing this is my first upholstery project. I sketched a design based on the Art Deco style that I like. I then created the design in Vetric V Carve Pro so I could cut out the shape on the CNC. The CNC is not at all necessary to do this project, however it provides for an exact repeatable cut that saved my a lot of work later. The Plywood is 18mm Second Hand, and yes it was covered in that Grey Paint. I have only one more of these sheets of Plywood left now. Regarding the Upholstery, I used Vinyl. I know there is a lot of room for improvement, but for my first go at it I am happy. I used the techniques shown by Cynthia in this Link: TheFunky Little Chair. - • Видео Thanks so much to my Patreon Supporters for helping and supporting my work here.
