One great new improvement is that the level stays consistent when the pedal is switched on, giving a much smoother performance. With only two pots and one switch, there's no getting lost in option menus and wasting time. The Speed knob can be used to vary the rate of the effect and the FDBK changes the intensity and peak shapes. Enabling the Mode II switch changes the 4 phase shifter stages to 8, resulting in a much livelier sound.
