This siren started at 9:00 AM and is controlled either by Athens-Clarke County Fire Department or Athens-Clarke County Emergency Management Agency. I've decided to return to Athens to record for their Severe Weather Awareness, and for the 2023 Statewide Tornado Drill, as this is my second time recording the Severe Weather Awareness in Athens.
