FUN NOMAD DPS HYBRID BUILD!! The Division 1.8.3

This build started as a funny joke build, but as I used it I realized it actually had some potential! It is important to realize that it is still not very tanky, even with the extra life, but it does deal some solid DPS, especially for a nomad! It probably won't take over for your main DPS build, but if you want to have some fun and change things up, give it a try! (WARNING: This build will make people REALLY MAD, not only is it Nomad; which is hated, but it is high FA and a hidden extra life because you don't have the Nomad overheal to inform people about the extra life!) Also, I am not supporting Nomad here, I am not an advocate of abusing Nomad (high level PVP players or toxic players using solo 6pc with the intention of PVP) at all, but I think that hybrids and unique Nomad variations (I.E skill power, super tank) are totally fine! (Also solo Nomad 6pc is always fine for new/learning players and PVE DZ farmers)
