Counter Strike 2 RTX 4090 PC Gameplay Note: In this video I will show a issue with Rivatuner on CS2. Pay attention to the game's "Max... ms" in the top right corner of the screen. There are instantaneous increases in ms/latency (like double) that do not happen when Rivatuner is turned off and the problem continues even when the server is empty. Rivatuner turned on the peaks: from 5 ms to 10+ ms instantaneous. (happens +/- every 10 seconds) Rivatuner turned off, the peaks increase much less and are not instantaneous and can reach 7/8/9 ms when the combat becomes more intense. I don't know why this happens. I don't know if this happens to all players. (please let me know on the comments) I'm just showing what happens to me because a viewer (thanks @xd-xs9bu) brought to my attention that something was happening in my "Max ... ms" and i know many CS2 players are using Rivatuner to cap fps, so... (and yes, happens to with fps cap as well) I did test few different settings (nvidia, rivatuner, windows 11, cpu, ram, steam, ingame) and the problem was solved only when the Rivatuner is off. I will continue using RivaTuner on all my CS2 Benchmarks. (at least until you find something better) The last 2 minutes of each clip are with empty server.
