Due to the heavy crowd and extremely long queue, we could not visit the Kal Bhairav Temple, but the spiritual energy of Kashi was still deeply felt throughout our journey. One of the most mesmerizing moments of our trip was witnessing the grand Ganga Aarti at the iconic Dashashwamedh Ghat. As the lamps illuminated the evening sky and chants echoed along the river, the atmosphere became truly divine. The magic of Varanasi continues at sunrise. We walked through the historic ghats and experienced the peaceful morning vibes of the city while taking a serene boat ride on the holy Ganges. Watching the sun rise over the ghats of Kashi is a moment that stays with you forever. No visit to Banaras is complete without tasting its legendary street food. We explored the vibrant food culture of the city and relished local delicacies like Malaiyo, different varieties of Banarasi chaat, Banarasi Paan, malai toast, and the classic Banarasi chai served in the lively streets of the city. To understand the cultural heritage of Varanasi, we also visited a village where the world-famous Banarasi Saree is handcrafted on traditional handlooms. Witnessing the intricate weaving process behind these beautiful sarees was truly fascinating and gave us a glimpse into the craftsmanship that has been preserved for generations. From spiritual rituals to sunrise boat rides, from sacred temples to legendary street food and traditional handloom weaving, this journey through Varanasi / Kashi / Banaras captures the timeless charm of this extraordinary city.
