core to myself

a comment told me to make breakcore again, and so i wanted to give it another shot ..! i dont actually remember whether or not its a story ive told in the past, but when i had first started making music, the genre that i wanted to produce was breakcore (jungle (:evil_shadow_skull:)) though very quickly beginner me realized i was not at all capable enough to do that, and then i started making more emotional, slow, piano-focused things instead due to the skill issue im super thankful that i opted for that route though hahaha it really did give me the opportunity to take things slower and learn at a pace a beginner wouldnt be overwhelmed with, even though over time i would eventually learn that the skill ceiling to make good emotional music is much much higher than the skills needed to make something like this but anyways, i actually had a ton of fun circling back to that on this project ..! it feels nice to be able to remember my goal of making something like this those few years ago and that i can now say that im okay enough to try it :) it makes me strangely optimistic about the kinds of styles and genres that im now interested in learning and creating today ..!!! _____ spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/7xUEV... bandcamp: https://azali.bandcamp.com/ patreon:   / azali   contact: azali00013@gmail.com
