We explore: Nervous System Regulation: Using the sighing breath and forced yawns to release tension. Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawal): Extending our hearing to the furthest distance and slowly drawing it back to the heartbeat. Meditation: Focusing awareness at the point between the eyebrows to observe thoughts without judgment. This is a perfect midday or late afternoon reset to help you transition into a peaceful evening.
