This spiritual awakening marked the beginning of a lifelong pursuit of truth, driven by an intense desire to understand who God is and how human beings are to live in light of God’s revelation. Sproul’s intellectual gifts quickly became evident as he pursued formal theological training, earning his undergraduate degree from Westminster College before studying at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and later at the Free University of Amsterdam.
