How to Catch Sand eel from the pier for Bait

Each year when the Sand eel turn up I head to my local pier with a light set up and sabiki type rig to catch a few sand eel's for bait to use throughout the year. It's a great way to spend a relaxing few hours outdoors, the sand eel swim relatively close to the pier wall so all you need to catch them is a light set up a simple rig and a short cast.
