VESC Settings**    • VESC Settings - Onewheel XR 20s2p p28...   Adding an 84v 20s2p with p28a cells from Indy Speed Control with an Ennoid Xlite V4 BMS. As well as wiring harness and nolex from Indy Speed Control. 1. Floatwheel XRV Power Kit https://floatwheel.co/index.php?route... 2. XT60 plug with heat shrink https://amzn.to/42f4tpl 2. XT30 plug with leads already attatched https://amzn.to/4jdDtwu 3. Soldering iron https://amzn.to/42fb7M9 Install steps 1. Take off fenders, footpads, bumpers and rail with wiring harness running through it (charge port side rail). 2. Unscrew controller and battery box 3. Unplug wiring harness molex connector, hall sensor cable and motor cable. 4. Take out controller and battery boxes, unscrew lids. 5. In battery box. Disconnect floatwheel bms. First white plug, second middle XT60, third fsr end XT60, and last the small white plug. 6. Remove battery 7. Take out 20s2p battery and install extension wires 8. Remove wiring harness from battery box. 9. Route new wiring harness into battery box 10. In controller box, disconnect wires going to molex. This includes large red and black wire for power to controller (cut off closest to molex), red, yellow, black led wires and plug. Red, yellow and black wires going to charge port. 11. Unscrew and pry off molex port. 12. Trim wires and cut wire casings. 13. Add heat shrink tubes to large red and black wires. 14. Solder XT60 plug on large red and black power wires. 15. Charge port wires: FIRST TRIPLE CHECK CHARGER POLARITY WITH MULTI METER. ALIGN WITH CHARGE PORT AND ENSURE YOU FOLLOW CORRECT POLARITY THROUGH THE WIRING HARNESS TO THE BATTERY!! Then discard yellow wire, cover pin 3 with heatshrink or electrical tape. Add heat shrink tubes to red and black wires. Solder XT30 plug on red and black charge port pins. 16. Remove floathweel led wires and both plugs. Remove a plug and replace the smaller plug on wiring harness led wires. You can do this by reusing the floathweel large metal wire clamps and putting them on top of the led wiring harness wire clamps. Then insert the small wires in the larger floatwheel plug. Ensure the wires are in the same orientation as before. You can see pictures in video at 16:50 Red, green, black. 17. On the battery box side you need to take the LED plug off of the original wiring harness. It has four wires and you will be using the plug for the three LED wires on the new wiring harness. 16:36 shows the correct rear LED wiring order. Red, blank, green, black. 18. Now screw in nolex and install wiring harness 19. Shrink heat shrink tubes on XT30 and XT60. 20. Plug in BMS to battery extension wires. 21. Plug in the XT30 extension wires to the battery and BMS battery port. 22. Install battery in battery box and position your wires. 23. Plug in XT30 from wiring harness to BMS charge port. 24. Loosen wiring harness and slowly pull the slack out of XT60 power wires. 25. Plug XT60 into battery. 26. Now go to the controller box and plug in the wiring harness XT30 to the XT30 you soldered to the charge port. 27. Lastly plug in the power XT60 28. Turn on board if LEDs do not turn on, turn off the board and double check the LED wires order. 29. Now put it all back together. 30. Before riding your board you need to update your settings in VESC! 31.
