Today I spent over 5 hours making a pot roast just to make a sandwich (over 2 days if you count making the coleslaw). And I gotta say it was well worth it. One of the best sandwiches I ever made. (or Shallot) 2-3 Ribs of Celery. 3-4 Chunky size Carrots. 3 Garlic Cloves. 2 Tbsp Butter. 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste. 1/4 Cup Flour. (25 Grams) 3/4 Cup Red Wine. (150 Grams) 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce. 4 Cups Beef Broth. (750 Grams) More Salt and Pepper to taste. 2-3 Bay Leaves. Some Fresh Thyme. Oven is being set to 275 Degrees. And the pot roast itself is going in the oven for about 5 Hours. Then let it rest at least 20 minutes.
