In this ‘day in a life’ vlog I take you through two days as a general practice (GP) trainee doctor in London. I go through many aspects of GP training, including the portfolio, tutorials, timetable, and training during COVID. My trainer shares some wise words of advice for GP trainees including how to get the best out of your training years. I also share some snippets of life outside work. I find joy through cycling, cooking, meditation, reading, plants, and enjoying the views of London.
