Hi, this is Renata from FenDa Packaging. I’ve been in the packaging industry for 10+ years. Today I am going to show you our new automatic bag-in-box making machine. This machine is a bit large, about 3 meters high, 2.3 meters wide, and twenty-two meters long. Let's start with the packing process. This high-speed bag in box making machine requires 2- 4 workers to cooperate in packing to well organize the bags into the box. You can see the machine is busy making matte transparent webbed bags with internal cannula for syrup. And four workers are busy packing and organizing the bags into the box. This is how we pack the web bags, and we can pack hundreds of bags in a string, or thousands of bags in a string for high-speed auto-fillers, just upon your requests. We use a gear cutter to make perforations between each bag. So bags can be easily separated by web-fed fillers. Each machine has three anti-dust brushes, and each bag is cleaned by brushes three times. It takes three heat-sealing processes to seal bag in box bag, and this is the first heat-sealing process on the bag; after this, another two heat-sealing processes are required. This is the view of the internal cannula sealed into the bib bag. It is fixed on the spout. The internal cannula is automatically well sealed unto the spout from cutting, transporting, and sealing. And the spouts are also automatically dispensed, inserted, and sealed to the plastic film. These are reel film racks with many controllers and control panels. They are very tall and wide. Using this machine, we can produce bags as wide as 1 meter. However, this one is not our largest machine. Our largest machine can produce bags as wide as 1.5 meters.
