Where is the concrete formwork? Columns and walls created by spraying concrete rather than using traditional forms, then pouring. Shotcrete (2" (50mm) slump concrete), is sprayed, starting at the bottom and working up using scaffolding. A "blowpipe" is used to clear rebound (waste concrete). Notice the "piano wire" guides that are being used to achieve perfectly flat walls. Columns and walls are created by spraying into areas of high-steel density by hand. Minimum of 2 Steel Mats No Forms to Remove No Forms to Purchase No Extra Finishing Required! These Nozzlemen are ASA/ACI Certified, and are supported by a very professional and well practiced crew. They are using a 375 cfm air compressor for both the nozzle and the blowpipe (used to remove rebound). see www.REEDpumps.com for more information
