One night in the Outer Hebrides; Winter in a Vintage Caravan

Is it possible to take a VINTAGE Caravan to the Outer Hebrides and spend time off-grid in the winter? I take my 1971 Sprite Alpine 'Glynnis' over to the Isle of North Uist in December, and thanks to the Whale HeatAir system I am now no longer dependent on a mains hook-up for heating. To celebrate, I head to my favourite secret camping spot and spend the night on the beach, sitting out with the fire pit before retiring to a nice warm caravan for the night. This video takes you through the drive up to Uig in the Isle of Skye, the night at Uig Bay Campsite next to Uig pier, the crossing from Uig to Lochmaddy with CalMac Ferries about the mv Hebrides, some stunning scenery on the drive in North Uist, and of course the sad journey home.
