Is the company financially stable and profitable? Can they sustain and pay the bonuses promised in the compensation plan? If the company is weak, no amount of effort can build long-term success. 2. A Poor Compensation Plan Many compensation plans are designed for **breakage rather than teamwork**. Research shows that **over 70% of distributors don’t even purchase their company’s products for personal use**. Often this happens because the products are overpriced or because monthly auto-ship requirements are too high. When a compensation plan depends heavily on large personal purchases or expensive monthly orders, many people struggle to stay active.
