Zhiyun Crane Firmware Update Tutorials

Firmware download: 1. Enter Zhiyun official website: www.zhiyun-tech.com 2. Choose Download among Support tab, select tools according to your PC type. Zhiyun has provided Apple’s MAC system driver and windows driver for downloading. 3. Download zhiyun usb driver (mac osx), tools (mac osx), and firmware for Crane. 4. Before installation, choose system preferences, security&privacy, click unlock button, choose anywhere in tab of allowing apps downloaded from these places, make sure to allow from anywhere. 5. Unzip files downloaded just now, to get three files. Install SiLabsUSBDriverDisk, finish installation according to prompts. Crane preparation before update: 1. Connect the cable to the usb port of Crane and computer. 2. Press the power button to start Crane. After it starts normally, press the joystick for three seconds to get Crane into standby mode. Put Crane on a flat platform. Update operation: 1. Open the ZhiyunGimbalTools in the folder downloaded. Click twice to open it. 2. Start ZhiyunGimbalTools, open the window, product name will be automatically recognized as Crane. Choose firmware update. 3. Choose downloaded Crane Firmware en V1.50 for browse. 4. Click update. If update succeeds there would be prompt, and if fails related prompt also appear. 4. After finishing update please restart the gimbal. Then you could use it.
