Roboute Guilliman is the ultimate Primarch, Lord Commander and Regent of the Imperium of Man. But the father of the Ultramarines has a lot on his plate, and without some divine intervention even he is unlike to accomplish all there is to be done in the name of his father, the Emperor of Mankind. Just one problem...Guilliman has been in stasis for nearly 10,000 years and when he went into his long slumber was an atheist crusader fighting throughout the galaxy on behalf of the secular, atheistic mindset the Emperor demanded his sons spread - known as the Imperial Truth. But truth has gone out the window, as now Guilliman must grapple with the notion that in his absence his father may have become something more, and may indeed be a god. And to be not only the son, but the acting hand of and spokesman of a god doesn't leave Guilliman's faith in the Imperial Truth unshaken. This is the next in our Primarchs series, and we examine the galaxy of Warhammer 40K through the eyes of Guilliman, and see just how an atheist deals with being called a god. And to deny it could start a civil war the likes of which has not been seen since the Horus Heresy.
