How does trust emerge out of the largest global health crisis of the decade? Dr. Victor Soji Ladele, an accomplished Public Health expert, discovered in crisis the first casualty is trust. Victor has a lifelong history of work with underserved communities and is dedicated to enabling improved health outcomes for the peoples of West & Central Africa. He has supported national and district health programs to build viable, community-centered health models. Including in Health Emergencies humanitarian crises, and active conflict zones. He is an astute and calm manager of people and resources as well as a skilled leader in rapid response operations, in active conflict zones and other high-risk locations. He has served in multiple roles with the Nigerian Government, United Nations and World Health Organization. He is committed to adapting the newest tools of technology to provide suitable health care to rural and under-resourced areas, and is CEO of Primary Health Care Innovation Lab 5.
