Let's check in with local Humboldt County producer to see how things are shaping up on his operation. Beef prices continue to rise around the us and that is great news for cow calf producers but how is this historic run impacting feeders. We had a chance to find out during this year's Husker Harvest Days as we caught up with Dr. Eric Behlke from BlackShirt feeders out of Haigler, Nebraska. There is certainly a lot to talk about when it comes to the markets. Earlier this week we were joined in studio by none other than Tredas's Doug Simon to get his 2 cents on what's trending in the markets. Here is our conversation from Wednesday afternoon.
