After months of planning to do so, we finally managed to visit a vegan buffet restaurant called Sattgruen, that we were very excited about for a while. Offering one of the hugest variety of dishes I've come across in a long while, I can wholeheartedly say (and also spoiler you for the content): it's amazing.
