She has performed extensively in Detroit, nationally and internationally and her versatile approach to harp and vocals ranges from classical, experimental, electronic, R&B, and soul. FRED (Facing Race, Elevating Democracy) Talks is part of Race Forward’s Mass Freedom project. Mass Freedom seeks to bridge movements to end systems of mass criminalization by 1) elevating the experiences of those who have been most directly affected by these systems, and by 2) empowering communities of color to unite amidst a political landscape that grows more threatening with each day.
