LYDIE’S COCKTAIL 1 serving per glass/3 minutes total INGREDIENTS 1 sprig of rosemary per drink 1 slice of lime 1 slice of orange ½ lime juice (optional) 2 ounces of gin 4 ounces of tonic water Cinnamon Ice cubes DIRECTIONS Slice a lime and orange. Rub the rim of the glass, and dip the rim into the cinnamon. Use the lime and orange slices as décor. Add ice cubes into a glass, pour the gin, tonic water, lime juice. Burn the sprig of rosemary with a lighter, or a blow torch, or your gas stove. Add it inside the glass. Cheers!
