Saya tak buat sup, walaupun begitu, nasi ayam ini sudah cukup sedap dinikmati bersama sambal cili dan sos kicap. Bahannya juga mudah, tanpa menggunakan kicap cair, minyak bijan dan bahan perasa lain pun dah dapat nikmati nasi ayam homemade yang sedap di rumah. Selamat mencuba! Jumlah hidangan : 4-6 orang PES HALIA BAWANG PUTIH : 3 ulas bawang putih 5 inci halia Air untuk mengisar 1.5 kiub pati ayam Sedikit minyak untuk menumis PERAPAN AYAM : 1/2 ekor ayam (potong 6) 1 sudu besar sos tiram 1 sudu besar kicap manis 1.5 sudu besar pes halia bawang putih 1 sudu teh garam NASI AYAM : 2 cawan beras (cuci bersih) - saya guna cawan beras khas untuk beras dan beras basmathi Air secukupnya (untuk beras basmathi, 4.5 cawan air) Sedikit garam 2 helai daun pandan (simpul) 1.5 sudu besar pes halia bawang putih 2-3 akar daun sup (cuci bersih) 1 sudu besar marjerin/ mentega ketulan ayam yang dipanggang SAMBAL CILI : 6 tangkai cili merah 1 sudu besar jus limau/cuka Air untuk mengisar gula secukupnya garam secukupnya 1 sudu teh penuh pes halia bawang putih SOS KICAP : 3/4 cawan air 4-5 sudu besar kicap manis garam secukupnya 1 sudu teh pes halia bawang putih Air tepung jagung : 1 sudu teh penuh tepung jagung + 2 sudu besar air ========================================================================== [english] This fasting month, if you can cook something simple, save time and energy.
