Mermaid swimming at an old shipwreck in Michigan! Come explore this shipwreck with me in this NEW 2020 mermaid video. Mermaid Phantom swims underwater in her Mernation silicone mermaid tail in the Elk Rapids River to explore a ship that was built in the 1800's. YES! In this video, you will get to see a shipwreck that is older than anyone currently alive on this planet. Dad and I had the great privilege of exploring this wreck last summer. It was without a doubt our most dangerous AND most memorable adventure yet. In order to get to the shipwreck, we had to swim through a nasty river full of sharp cedar tree remains and lots of gunk that limited visibility to practically nothing at times. It was rough! But... it was worth it. That shipwreck felt like home. Even thinking about it gives me chills... we got to touch history. And now, we are able to preserve that piece of history for many, many more years with this video. ⚠🚫 DISCLAIMER 🚫⚠ I highly advise AGAINST visiting this shipwreck in a mermaid tail OR swimming out to it in general. If you wish to visit it, paddle by with a kayak. Swimming to the wreck is EXTREMELY dangerous. You must swim through a shallow river full of the sharp remains of cedar trees. The visibility is very low and sometimes it is impossible to see where you are swimming. Swimming in this river will risk you damaging your tail, getting snagged on something underwater or impaling yourself. There is also a ton of gross stuff in the river that could probably give you some gnarly infections or illnesses. Bleh. I do not suggest swimming out to it. Take a kayak or a paddle board!
