#coronavirus, #covid19, #orangenews9tv #tamilnadupolice, #lockdown While some state police have adopted personal counseling to apprise the lockdown violators coming onto the streets, then others using conventional lathis to make their bodies pulp. Interestingly, the Tamil Nadu cops, who always think out of box ideas to deal with such difficult situations, designed this unique idea. That’s to put the violators into the Covid-19 patient carrying Ambulance. This, akin to throwing a man into a cage of tiger or lion! What does it convey? The needed scare he or she should get never ever dares to have such experience again. Yes, the importance of life. A lady Inspector and her colleagues manning a thoroughfare in Chennai, caught hold of those youth, for violating the lockdown norms. Not only the lockdown norms, but also traffic rules by triple riding! First they were stopped and asked why they were not wearing the masks. Later, they were pushed into an ambulance parked nearby, which had a Covid-19 patient inside. The idea was to create a scare among those violators, when they were thrown near Covid-19 patient. Obviously scared youth dancing within the ambulance in their bid to keep a distance from the Covid-19 patients, find a way out to jump out of the vehicle through windows. But, the police block their desperate escape routes, only to experience the struggle they have to save their own lives. This is what the lady inspector says and I quote “This is the only way to make the violators understand the consequences of this most dreaded disease, which has no cure. Only staying indoors alone can help them save their lives. Or else, they are throwing themselves into the jaws of the pandemic.” Un-quote. Well, the idea may look funny, yet the Tamil Nadu police deserve all praise for it’s this novel idea.
