On 4th March we launched the 6th generation of #LEAD, premium leadership program of MOL Group with its 48 selected participants. The opening ceremony was a true celebration of talent and potential, as MOL Group executives and esteemed guest speakers shared their visions for the future of leadership. It was an honour to have C-CEO Zsolt Hernádi engage with participants, offering valuable insights and fostering a culture of growth and innovation. LEAD is a strong proof of our commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders, marking it as the first initiative of its kind in the region to offer such a comprehensive and systematic development journey. With the introduction of its sixth generation, the program places a greater emphasis on transformation and knowledge economy—key pillars that are crucial for driving innovation.
