Welcome to the journey of Ice&Fire. In this miniseries we are going to play through the entire game a video at a time. This first release is the main game introduction. I know there are other people out there that have already posted this, but purely for completion, I'm uploading the introduction anyway. In the end, after the final level is complete, this video and all the future ones will compose a small collection to perpetually exist for anyone interested in this tiny old game. Stay tuned for the next release. Sorry for the intro/outro, I just wanted to add my own touch to it. And if you're wondering, the quality was like that on purpose. It's very small time, so I hope you don't mind my tiny development there in this and each video, they're all almost the same. Ice & Fire is a Windows 3.x/95 game released in 1995 by Zombie studios. In summary, the story revolves around an asteroid IF-1 in where humans have built an outpost to study Ice and Fire. Due to a near black hole, strange creatures named Spherids invade the outpost in hostile activity, using energy weapons as ice and fire. The outpost commander, facing a dangerous incursion, and to mitigate possible harm to people in IF-1 and facilities, states a command to put all the facilities in the asteroid into cryogenic suspension, freezing everything with in it. You are sent to IF-1 to investigate the incursion and the mistery of the spherids, using the ice and fire weapons captured by the IF-1 commander to melt your way through.
