Hi Everyone, in this one I'm going to be doing the 340,000km service on a 2003 Honda Integra / Acura RSX with the 2.0 litre K20A3 engine with 5 speed manual transmission (base model - note the higher spec cars with more power use different spark plugs). I'll be covering the following items: Engine oil change In cabin air filter change Spark plug change Oil filter change Transmission fluid change Air filter change Items not covered but that are a part of the major service: Brake Fluid change Valve clearance check/adjustment If you've recently bought an Integra/RSX or you just haven't serviced yours in a while (like me) I would recommend changing and checking all the items covered here especially the transmission fluid if you are noticing any issues like crunching when changing gears. If you are also getting a feeling of general loss in power or high fuel consumption this can revive the car and have it feeling like new again and more responsive. Hope you enjoy the video.
