Winter in Northwest France is many things, but "sunny" isn't one of them. Desperate for Vitamin D and a break from the rainy, solo Chateau reno grind, I met up with my friend Amanda in Paris and headed to Marrakech. Since she’s a former producer, I was able to take my hands off the wheel and let her lead. We checked into the charming Ryad Dyor,, navigated the sensory overload of the Medina, went in circles in the Souks (ok there was some harassment that sucked), feasted on amazing Morrocan food, hit all the insta-famous spots from YSL’s Jardin Majorelle to a killer motorcycle / sidecar tour and stocked up on Basha Coffee.
