Ever want to ride VIA Rail's Canadian transcontinental... in Coach? Well, you can, for far less than in sleeper class. And you don't have to ride the whole length from it. Every Wednesday and Sunday, you can ride from Toronto to the beautiful Northern Ontario city of Sudbury for under $70! And, in the fall, you'll see some fantastic scenery. Don't believe me? I've spent seven hours on this train to provide you with our longest video yet. Enjoy six hours of the sights and ambient sounds of VIA Rail as we head north to Sudbury Junction on the Canadian! (it should be noted that the journey is slightly abridged between Washago and Sudbury, as the iPhone overheated and stopped filming twice. After it cooled down, I covered these cuts with visits to the dome car, and shots out the dome. However, 99% of the trip was filmed.)
