If you’re experiencing tightness in your chest or your breathing feels restricted when you’re under stress, this short video offers a gentle tapping exercise you can try. This is for those times when your chest feels tight or your breath feels shallow - especially during busy or demanding periods, or when you’ve been carrying a lot of responsibility. To do this video you don't need any experience of tapping / EFT and there's nothing you need to believe. Just follow along, tapping where I tap and repeating the words I say. You can also adjust the words so they feel more like what you'd say, or more closely fit what you're feeling. Follow along gently and notice what happens in your chest, shoulders, and breathing. This kind of body-based approach is often used when stress shows up physically, such as tightness in the chest, shallow breathing, or that sense of holding yourself slightly braced.
