Baldr Sky is a well-regarded visual novel and a favorite among fans of the sci-fi/cyberpunk genre. While I enjoyed the game a lot in the beginning, I was slightly disappointed with the pacing and repetitiveness of the different routes and the "reminiscence" scenes. The gameplay aspect was also quite fun at first, but as someone who plays VNs for mainly the story, the battles became more and more bothersome as I neared the end. Overall, a great VN with immersive worldbuilding and excellent story depth, but a little repetitive at times. Since it features some gameplay, it might be a good VN for beginners that are not used to pure story-driven games.
