As Easter approaches, I spent a quiet, sunlit day here in the French countryside, foraging blossoming branches by bike, baking soft buttercream-topped cakes, and creating a simple gratitude tree. In this video, I share a glimpse into our slow spring days: delicate florals, homemade Easter treats, and the peaceful rhythm of life at home. We begin with a handful of foraged branches that become a centrepiece of thanks, each ribbon and handwritten tag carrying a note of gratitude. Gradually add icing sugar, continuing to beat until light and fluffy. Add a touch of vanilla extract if desired.
