In this adventure, I set off to hike along a river located in Piedra Bruja, close to Jacó, Costa Rica. This area is very beautiful and lush in vegetation. I follow the river up towards the AyA (Aguas y Acueductos) to find an old abandoned trail that crosses through the mountains towards the Playa Hermosa area. On the way I encounter various plants, including a very interesting and potent medicinal plant. I also go look for an Anthurium I once spotted in this area a while back , to see if I can get another look and try to identify it.
