Here are the written Recipe Below 👇 ✨Shenga Holige (North Karnataka Special Recipe) ✨ Ingredients: ▪️1 1/2 cup Maida ▪️ 2 tbsp Water ▪️ 1 pinch salt For the filling: ▪️1 1/2 cup Groundnuts ▪️1 1/2 cup Coconut ▪️1 cup Jaggery ▪️1 tbsp Water Method : ▪️ Knead Maida with salt and water. Add oil and rest for 30 minutes. ▪️Dry roast Groundnuts, grind into powder, and mix with Coconut and Jaggery. ▪️Fill the dough, shape into Obbatu on a banana leaf, and cook on both sides. ___________________________________________ Dates holige/✨ಖರ್ಜೂರದ ಹೋಳಿಗೆ✨ 😍 Ingredients Maida -1 1/2 cup Salt Water - 1/4 cup Oil 2 tbsp Ghee -2 tbsp Dates -2 cups Water -1 cup Dry Coconut - 3/4 cup Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp Roasted poppy seeds -1 tbsp PREPARATION ▪️ In a cooker add 2 cups dates ,1 cup water amd cook for 2 whistles and once cooled down blend into a smooth puree ▪️in a bowl add 1 1/2 cup maida, salt , water and knead into a dough, add oil and knead for 5 more minutes ▪️in a nonstick pan add 2 tbsp ghee ,dates puree , finely grated dry coconut and keep mixing until it starts leaving the pan ▪️Once cooled down shape into balls and fill it into the maida and roll it ▪️Cook on both sides and your delicious dates holige is ready ___________________________________________ 🌿✨Carrot Holige ✨🌿Ugadi Special To make this delicious and flavourful carrot Holige I am using maida from @goldenbansi Ingredients Carrot -6 Sugar -1/2 cup Dry coconut -1/4 cup Elaichi - 1/4 tsp Roasted chiroti rava -1/4 cup Maida -1 1/2 cup Water -1/4 cup Salt Prepration ▪️In a Bowl add 1 1/2 cup maida , salt , water and knead into a dough add oil and knead for a few more minutes and let it rest for 30 min to 1 hour ▪️Slice the carrot into small pieces and blend into a fine paste without adding water ▪️Into a pan add grinded carrot and cook for 5 mins ▪️Add sugar and cook for another 5 mins ▪️Add elaichi powder, dry coconut powder ,roasted chiroti rava and cook until it starts leaving the pan and shape them into balls once cool down ▪️Now fill the carrot into the maida and roll into chapatis ▪️Cook on both sides and serve it with ghee ___________________________________________ ✨ 🥭 MANGO HOLIGE 🥭✨ INGREDIENTS 📜 ▪️maida -1 1/2 cup ▪️Water ▪️salt -1/4 teaspoon ▪️Oil -3 - 4 tablespoon ▪️Ghee -2 tablespoon ▪️ Chiroti Rava -1/3 cup ▪️ Coconut/ dry coconut -1 cup ▪️Mango puree -1 cup ▪️Sugar -1/2 cup ▪️Cardamom powder -1/4 teaspoon RECIPE📜 ▫️In a bowl add 1 1/2 cup maida , salt ,little water and knead into a dough ▫️Grease the dough with oil and knead for another 4-5 minutes ▫️Pour oil on the dough,cover and rest for 30 minutes ▫️In a pan ( nonstick preferably) add 2 tbsp ghee ,1/3 cup chiroti rava ,and roast for 3-4 minutes on low flame ▫️Add coconut and roast for 2 minutes ▫️Later add 1 cup mango puree , 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 1/2 cup sugar and keep mixing until it becomes thick ▫️Cool down and Grease your palms and shape into balls ▫️Stuff into maida dough and flatten into holige ▫️Cook by both sides on medium flame and serve with ghee ___________________________________________ ✨ 🪷🥥 Kayi Holige🪷 🥥✨ Varamahalakshmi Special INGREDIENTS 📜 ◽FOR DOUGH ▪️maida -1 1/2 cup ▪️Water ▪️salt -1/4 teaspoon ▪️Oil -3 - 4 tablespoon ◽FOR STUFFING ▪️Jaggery - 1 cup ▪️ Coconut/ dry coconut -1 and 1/2 cup ▪️ Cardamom powder -1/4 teaspoon RECIPE📜 ▫️In a bowl add 1 1/2 cup maida , salt ,little water and knead into a dough ▫️Grease the dough with oil and knead for another 4-5 minutes ▫️Pour oil on the dough,cover and rest for 30 minutes ▫️In a pan add jaggery, water and melt completely. ▫️Add grated coconut and roast for 2 minutes ▫️Cool down the mixture completely and grind into coarse mixture . ▫️Add roasted poppy seeds and mix well ▫️Cool down and Grease your palms and shape into balls ▫️Stuff into maida dough and flatten into holige ▫️Cook by both sides on medium flame and serve with ghee ___________________________________________ #carrotholige #kayihologe #mangoholige #festiverecipes #gneshchathurthprada #bobbatlu #puranpoli
