As the peak hours went on, I started seeing more and more sets that I had already seen at least once earlier in the day, giving me a bit more insight on how some of the set rotations work now. In addition, after seeing a sea of PL42ACs, I was able to see a GP40PH-2B on one of the Suffern-bound trains near the tail end of the peak hours. Finally, because of how late I was out today, I was finally able to see Norfolk Southern H-70 again for the first time in over two years. Shame that it was a short train powered by some of the local GP38-2s, but at least I was able to see it at all. 1: Train 57 races across Gertzen Plaza with F40PH-3C 4910 on the point. Cab Car 6705 is at the end. 2: Train 1180 passes Gertzen Plaza, led by Cab Car 6702. Trailing is F40PH-3C 4909. 3: PL42AC 4007 pulls Train 1169 into the station, arriving 11 minutes behind schedule. Cab Car 7027 is at the end. Shortly after 1169 departs, Train 59 rushes through the station on Track 2 with PL42AC 4019 in charge. Bringing up the rear is Cab Car 6015. 4: PL42AC 4000 hauls a deadhead past the station. Cab Car 6061 is at the end. 5: Train 61 races by, running 6 minutes late. F40PH-3C 4908 is on the point, and Cab Car 6710 is at the end. 6: Train 1171 pulls in with ALP-45DP 4510 in charge. Cab Car 6021 brings up the rear. 7: Train 1128 makes its stop, running 8 minutes late. Cab Car 6061 leads the way, and trailing is PL42AC 4000. 8: F40PH-3C 4914 hauls Train 63 through the station, running 8 minutes behind schedule. Trailing is Cab Car 6032. 9: Train 1173 rolls in, running 4 minutes late. PL42AC 4029 leads the way, and Cab Car 7004 is trailing. 10: PL42AC 4005 is on the point of Train 1125. Cab Car 6008 is at the end. 11: Cab Car 7027 leads Train 1130 into the station. Powering the set is PL42AC 4007. 12: Train 1175 pulls in just as a deadhead races through. Multilevel Cab Car 7004 is on the point of the deadhead, and PL42AC 4029 is at the end. 1175 is led by GP40PH-2B 4209, and trailing is Cab Car 6027. 13: Train 65 charges by with F40PH-3C 4909 on the point. Cab Car 6702 brings up the rear. 14: PL42AC 4009 pulls Train 1127 into the station a couple minutes early. Cab Car 6007 is trailing. 15: Norfolk Southern H-70 slowly rolls through, following only 4 minutes behind Train 1127. GP38-2s 5616 and 5615 are in charge, pulling 10 cars.
