📌 Hello everyone, this is a video on how to use the Hario filter-in coffee bottle (wine shape🍾) to make cold brew. This is the version of the filter-in bottle with the long strainer. I used medium-dark roast Brazilian beans and grinded in 32 clicks (recommended by the manual to be finer, up to your personal preference). I left it in the fridge for about 12 hours but it can be brewed for 8 to 24 hours, which you can personalise it to your taste! COLD BREW🧊🥃: Cold Brewing is different from other iced coffee because it exchanges time for temperature (never at high temperature), taking from 8 to 24 hours creating a concentrated coffee. Grind 55g of dark-roast fresh coffee (or directly use coffee powder) 2. Put grinded coffee in the strainer 3. Set the upper strainer to the bottom strainer 4. Pour water gently (750ml or 600ml or 400ml) 5. Put the stopper on, shake it gently to mix 6. Set back the stopper and let the coffee brew in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours 7.
