The D5100 was an insanely good camera when released and it's still a VERY capable camera in 2025. If you're on a budget OR you found one for a good deal, watch this video! This is one camera I'd recommend to anyone that's on a strict budget. Or for someone that wants a 'real' camera instead of their phone camera. And yes, the image quality from this camera does best the latest iPhone and Android phone.
