On April 11th 2025 Sunrise NMRA social went to Steve Mann’s CNW layout in Aurora, Colorado, A double-decker layout here that captures the Midwest. The layout is designed as an operating layout, Steve usually has 9 or 10 people running trains, The era is this mid 90s before the Northwestern was acquired by the UP. In this part 1 video we take an Intermodal around both levels and park it in upper staging. We do have some mishaps along the way, but that’s all part of the fun.
