Some examples of add-back therapy options are below: 1. Norethindrone 5 mg (Aygestin) 2. Oral conjugated equine estrogens 0.625 mg (Premarin) plus oral norethindrone 5 mg (Aygestin) 3. Transdermal estradiol (Vivelle-Dot) 25 μg twice weekly plus oral medroxyprogesterone acetate 5 mg/day (provera) 4.
