My daughter Candace and her friend, Raegan, joined me in a paranormal investigation of the Emily Morgan Hotel, listed as the third most haunted hotel in the world. Located in downtown San Antonio, it got its name from a twenty-year-old black indentured servant who had been taken prisoner by the Mexican forces during the fight for Texas's independence. Emily Morgan won the admiration of Santa Anna, making him late to the Battle of San Jacinto, where the Texians won in less than an hour. In 1924, the Emily Morgan was erected as a Medical Arts Building and didn't become a hotel until the 1980's. Not included in this video are the many stories our waiter, Carlos, shared with us about his ghostly encounters as an employee of the hotel. My team and I had great success communicating with spirits using flashlights, cat balls, and a spirit box. We hope you enjoy these highlights of our paranormal investigation.
