Does anyone still care in 2019? Well, this took +10 hrs of attempts (and I thought it´d be longer) but it´s finally done. As it can be seen during the pause menu, the parts used were Saber Plus, Speedster & Power Drive. I didn´t go with the Hyper Dash nor Jumper because the former one only helps you for the strat that involves going to the walls then jumping the cells across the room, which I don´t like, since the blue stray shots love to trap you against a cell and a wall more often than not, while the latter one made me overshoot the double jump right into the higher cell fairly often. Shoutouts to HideofBeast for doing a similar strat without parts. Now let´s talk about the boss itself. Whether it moves clockwise or counterclockwise as well as its rearrangement after 2 cycles is completely random. Its attacks while static include blue shots that travel 2 surfaces these are common and "easy" to avoid, when both cells shoot them from the same side of the room is your breathing room-, a single fireball without a hitbox that sets the floor on fire -only 1 of the eyes can shoot it, which helps you keep track of which eye is which, not sure how long it obstructs the floor but you get the feel of it after a while-, a flurry of fireballs -when it does it from the left side you better have pixel perfect timing to avoid blue shots, on the right is not so bad & lightning orbs -OH THESE... urgh... these give me anxiety, nightmares, agony, hemorrhoids & indigestion, is it clear enough that they´re a PAIN or should I continue? In case you´re wondering, there IS a safe spot on each side other than next to a wall, only if one eye is performing this attack, but managing to get in the right position on the fly is ludicrous specially with the Speedster; and yes, there´s no way to tell where they´re gonna land and are completely random, worst case scenario is when one cell uses them while there´s another cell shooting blue shots at the bottom, not even the walls are safe cuz you´re trying to avoid blue shots but you wanna be near them because they´re the only safe spots, even if you manage to survive, sometimes the lightnings can trap you under a cell because they took too long to disappear and that´s very cheap-. You want only blue shots on the same side of the screen or a combination of blue shots and setting the floor on fire to get the most hits. Blue shots when both cells are on the bottom & fireballs on the right + blue shots are also good for surviving but not for getting as many hits. An eye-less cell can also attempt to ram the player but only when they both stop at the same length or height. And with that, I´ve finally defeated, hands down, the hardest boss of the entire X series without taking a single hit like I always wanted and boy does it feel rewarding, it really helped how exciting and fun (for the most part) the whole match is, to accomplish it, otherwise frustation mixed with boredom woulda driven me away from it.
