HRS 25 - First-in-human study demonstrates successful implantation of a novel leadless pacemaker with clinically acceptable intraprocedural electrical performance and safety. We are joined by Dr Vivek Reddy (Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, US) to discuss the findings from a feasibility study investigating the safety and performance of a novel helix-based leadless pacemaker with an extended electrode for left bundle branch area pacing. 14 patients were enrolled in the study. Interview Questions: 1. What is the current research landscape for left bundle branch area pacing? 2. What was the study design and patient population? 3. What are the key findings? 4. What are the next steps? Recorded remotely from New York, 2025.
